In the originality department, I'm afraid it's been done a million times; however, the composition, lighting and perspective give it a freshness that's lacking in most similar images.

I like the lighting choice as it adds a great deal of texture that seems to drive the viewer's eyes to the model. I also like the depth of field, as it puts the model in the heart of the scene and the scene wraps around her in crisp detail.
